With over 24 years inside companies like Nokia, HMD Global, Nestlé, and Novartis, I’ve led supply chain transformations, built compliance frameworks from scratch, and driven digital programs across Europe, the Americas, and Asia.

I founded Äctvli in December 2022 because I kept seeing the same pattern: organisations paying for frameworks they couldn’t use, and consultants who’d never actually run the operations they were advising on.

Äctvli is different. We stay until it’s done, and we make sure your team can carry it forward without us.
